"I called Dominic Agostini's State Farm office in Spencerport and spoke to Julie Adner who went above and beyond to help me make sure my State Farm Claim forms for my truck made it to the right department. Instead of mailing the forms in, Julie sent me an email so I could just reply and attach the forms to. I've been a State Farm customer for many years with the Spencerport branch and Dominic has always been very pleasant and so has his staff including Julie. Thank you Julie for assisting me."

"Great agency, great customer service, wish the prices would go back down again, but that's not the agencies fault, it's a high crime new york thing that us law abiding citizens have to deal with and pay for their lawlessness, due to our horrible governor. My agent handled my issue and efficiently and listened to my concerns, sorry about the rant before, but it needs to be put there so others can agree with.
